Payments veteran Karen Coffey joins Arkonyk as Head of Client Services
Former First Data, Fiserv and Verifi executive brings partner-development and advisory experience to Arkonyk’s Descriptors.com launch.
CLEVELAND, October 20, 2026 — Arkonyk, the payments intelligence company, today announced that Karen Coffey has joined as Head of Client Services. Coffey, founder of Amplify Consulting, LLC, previously held roles at First Data, Fiserv, Visa and Verifi, and will help Arkonyk integrate Descriptors.com to its portfolio of partners and lead platform client support.
Coffey is an executive advisor focused on payments strategy and partner development. At Arkonyk, she will own integration and client support, guiding acquirers, ISOs and merchants from signed agreement to live deployment and serving as their ongoing point of contact.
